I could scream. SOmehow I didn't realize that I am low on Goldenseal. I have been going back and forth this week- agonizing really- over whther I am going to Cape Cod this weekend to my sister inlaw's wedding. I finally decided last night- "Yes I am going unless I get much worse" and i realize I am almost out of goldenseal. ARGH!!!!
I just ordered from i-herb. Please tell me that expedited overnight shipping really does get here overnight!
Otherwise not sure what to do.

The one time I ordered overnight from them it actually took two days, but they said there was a plane delay on the UPS site and that was the reason, so who knows if it was the truth or not. I hope it arrives on time for you! And I hope you are feeling better for your trip.

I ordered Bifido from iHerb
I ordered Bifido from iHerb and it arrived warm with completely melted ice pack. I paid for the fastest (most expensive) shipping. Based on the fact that it is not doing a single thing to me, I think that it did go bad. I called the company, they would not reimburse me. Not sure it helps, but just wanted to warn that the company is not helpful when it comes to ruined shipping.
