List 2

Ingredients

1 lb
beef
1 c
chopped onion

salt to taste

pepper to taste (if tolerated)

garlic powder to taste

Instructions

Pizza crust and topping

First brown beef with onion, and add spinach when beef is almost cooked, and saute until tender. Add salt, pepper (if tolerated) and garlic powder while cooking to taste. While that is cooking make crust by mixing dry ingredients first, then adding oil and enough spring water to make a dough that is not too dry, but not too sticky. Place on a oiled counter and roll with pin into a pizza, about 1/4 inch thick. Make a crust around edges by folding. Put in oven for 10 min. When done, add about 1 and a 1/2 cups to 2 cups red pepper sauce, meat mixture on top of that, then sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Cook in oven at 350 till cheese is a little brown on top.

Red Pepper Sause

Preheat oven to 500 or broil. Cut peppers in half and de-seed, then place on baking sheet insides up and drizzle with olive oil, making sure that the whole pepper is covered with a generous amount of oil. Salt and pepper each piece really good. Cook in oven for 20 min. Even if you see the edges getting black, this is ok, it makes for a really cook flavor. Take out and place in bowl and cover with tin foil and let sit for 30 min. Make sure you try and keep as much juice that is in and around the peppers after cooking in the bowl too. After they have sat, put in blender (you might need to coarsely chop first if this works best with your blender), add 3 whole garlic cloves and 1/3 cup olive oil and blend on High for 30 sec. This will make about 4 cups, so you will have extra sauce for something else, or for 2 pizza's. This can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge, or start making it before topping and crust, so while it sits for 30 min you can make those.
