Can you give me some tips on how you analyze your symptoms for Matia? Especially if your main concern is urethreal/burning during void.
I keep a general log to record my diet, pain level, overall symptoms, but there is always one question she asks that makes me feel like i am missing the big picture. The burning sensation is on/off, i can't connect it to anything solid. First pee my feel painful, the second ok and constantly changing. All i can do is to label it mild, moderate or strong. Even that's hard to tell unless i have uncomfortable feeling all day.

Hey All, anybody out there have teeth that chip REALLY easily and frequently? This has just started for me in the last year. Several times I was biting my nail/cuticle. Other times, I was eating something sort of hard (nuts, granola). And one time, just seemed to happen out of nowhere. They are tiny chips but some go into the dentine (I think that's the word for what's right under the enamel) and these hurt so much, give me a massive headache that doesn't go away until the dentist bonds and covers the dentine. I am at the dentist so much for this!
Do you know of a good water to drink at Disney World or Orlando? We are going on a much needed vation next month. Any help will be most appreciated. I am looking for a water that is list 1 or 2 approved. The more gentle the better.
I just had an appt with Matia earlier today, and I brought up that I experience significant urethral burning in the a.m. if I don't wake up in the night and drink water throughout the night. Occasionally I sleep through the night now, but my bladder is never happy in the a.m. if I do that.
I am new to the forum and soon to be a patient of Matia next Friday Feb. 10!!! I I am very interested in reading her dissertation and making sure I understand her philosophy before I make the trip to meet with he,r but they do not have any copies of it for me to purchase at this time. They are waiting for more to be printed. Does anyone have a copy that would not mind letting me review before I go to see her? I would be happy to pay for it or any costs for shipping etc.
