I am a long distance patient of Dr. Brizman. started Dr.Brizman treatment 5 month ago and unfortunately until now there is no change in my condition, the pain and pressure are just getting stronger, i lie down in bed most of the time.
did it happened to anyone? did you got through it eventually?
Also any info on the brand of henna used for gray hair would be helpful.
Not able to use the Tints of Nature I have been using (I think the peroxide is bothering me. Dr. B approved this but for some reason I am reacting to it now and its makes flare for a few days.
Hey ladies!
Dr.B recommended goldenseal after sex if I do have it, and my bladder does NOT tolerate it at all in general so I asked her if I could try cranberry pills JUST for after sex and she okayed to try it for JUST after sex.
I was finally feeling okay enough to do so and try it but my bladder is (surprise) inflamed and I'm pretty sure it's from the pills.
What is it about the cranberry that makes it so terrible for us, the Vitamin C? Or is it sugar from cranberry? It says it has literally just ONE gram of sugars from the cran/d-mannose
I know I should post on the new Facebook page, but i am not too Facebook savvy yet and will join eventually.
I use chicken thighs as they tend to not dry out. (I am rarely a chicken breast fan) but you can use any chicken pieces....) I also use Fage full-fat yogurt (any full-fat Greek yogurt) so you don't have to do the yogurt straining step...I also use a little extra butter during the simmering with water part.
Feeling a bit discouraged. Was on bifido for 1 month. This week I had bad bladder burning and frequency and suddenly couldn't tolerate it. Dr. B actually wanted me to INCREASE my dose, which I understand, as I have had many good hours on the Bif this month. So I tried to increase it yesterday but too much pain. She told me to take it out for three days and try again.
I feel like there is a big connection between salt and my bladder pain. What's funny is that I usually crave salt and used to eat it like an insane person and it was fine with me, but recently I swear it is painful no matter what kind I use...
...I know that one of the tests of IC is to see if the bladder flares after a potassium installation and that salt has a lot of potassium, but why then is salt usually okay for everyone?
