I know that someone recently created a group about food for the protocol. I just created a FB group called "Fans of Dr. Brizman". It will allow us to post photos or messages of encouragement and also allow us to get to know eachother a bit better. I am on FB often, so having a group there would be nice.

Has anyone had increased bladder and urethral burning with adding in cod liver oil? Dr. B switched me from vit D to 1 tsp cod liver oil yesterday! I am now experiencing a lot of burning, but also was given the ok to have a little almond butter for my birthday treat! I had 1 tsp almond butter mixed with my yogurt, so maybe that is the culprit? Grr! (The almond butter was totally worth it, if that is the cause!) I should note that my burning is typically more intense in my stomach compared to my bladder, particularly with food sensitivities! Thanks for your help!
Well as some of you already know, I have been self-treating with herbs for the past few months to great success, BUT, I have really realized how I really need Dr. B to have complete and TOTAL healing. This is scary for me because when I first started with her in October, I had much more increased pain. It was just for a couple of days but I flipped out and quit.

So I was super forgetful tonight and left my probiotics out for about 4 hours in the kitchen , room temp . They are still white but have yellow specks here and there . I know they're not bad for me to take, but I'm paranoid they may not be potent anymore.
How long does it take for these suckers to go bad? I am hoping they're fine, I just bought the bottle !!
I set out to write 30 posts in 30 days but I fell off the side of the world about a week and a half ago when I stopped sleeping entirely. I don't want to say a whole lot more about it except that it was a vision from hell and threatened to completely destabilize me and that, at a certain oint, it became improtant to not be too pure at the expense of my health and get some sleep. That meant taking sleeping meds for a couple of nights and deciding it was better than the alternative.
It seems that I have been a bit confused about die off reactions...if we are having die off and it is good that we are, will our bladder symptoms sometimes get exacerbated as well as the other symptoms?
I seem to hear about symptoms other than bladder, and hearing that the bladder is staying healthy throughout the die off and that is how you know if it is good or bad...but perhaps I am wrong in this fact...
