So a whole foods is opening up in my area and I got a part time job there! Yay! I was wondering if you guys could tell me what kind of products do you buy there. I am on list 4. From your breads, to any packaged foods, to personal products. I also am curious about their 365 products. Anyone use them? Drink the water, etc? Also, do they sell our probiotics there? I know they sell natren but I know natren sells many probiotics that we don't use. Thanks in advance! It opens up in 2 weeks but I can't wait that long to see for myself haha.
Were you able to tolerate coffee?? It is my favorite food (I was very moderate with it when I had it, one cup per day) but I sure miss it, along with alot of other things right now.
I have been buying either pasture raised (the hens are eating worms, bugs and grasses :) Or vegetatian feed eggs that don't specify they are omega rich. It is hard to say what is in vegetarian feed, but I am guessing if it is flax heavy then they tell you that??
It is 6 days before I go see Dr. Brizman for the first time. This afternoon my pain increased. I have been on the diet for 3 days. Could it be rice or the handfull of Kettle Chips I had (made with safflour and sunflower oil?) had those about 2 hours ago and urgency has increased. :(
I plan to ask Dr. Brizman about this as well. My husband I I have had a dream of finishing out our basement to have a family room and some other extra rooms.
We are all set to pay for our permit (which would expire 6 months after we open it). The area would be completely sealed to the rest of our house. We would not have workers inside our main floors at all. We would not be doing any work ourselves except picking a few light fixtures and paint colors, etc...
I am looking to replace my yeast free/sugar free Ener-G bread with another bread.... perhaps NOT rice based;) I am on the end of list 3 and would like recommendation for breads you all use. I see that the recommendation is a Pacific Bakery Bread... how you used that? Does one normally find it at Whole Foods?
IF you are further along, how did you know it was ok to eat grains in list one? Were your symptoms reduced significantly and then it was time for list two? Were your symptoms not improving and then you had to cut grains out completely? If so, for how long?
