Yesterday, I was moved by someone who came in to see me for an appointment in such a profound way. On days like those, there is a part of me inside that becomes so ignited that I can barely take the feeling--but, in a good way. I was touched so deeply.

As most or all of you know, the forum is a free space for any of you to speak about anything. I don't go in there and see what it is you are speaking about.

I do see the topcis however. I am sorry, I did, for the first time ever, just delete a topic string due to its "inappropriate nature".

Surely antibiotics have saved countless lives. I am not suggesting that we should not be using them. I have tirelessly posted on this subject. However, I have also commented repeatedly on their toxicity when over used or inapporpriately used, which, is a very high percentage of the time. Too much of a good thing becomes it's opposite. And, in my opinion, that is what has happened with antibiotics.

This is an all too familiar story-written up in UK, but, it could be anywhere. I am certain many of us know many women having stories like this.

I think the number of people effected by IC is grossly underestimated. However, it is good that it is starting to get more attention.

It seems there is conflicting information on toilet paper. I don't understand why, unless they are trying to hide the fact that they do indeed put those toxic ingredients in toilet paper. I am not saying they do at all. I have no idea. But, here are three follow up emails to them:

1.
Since I thought the toilet paper list from Charmin was absurd I called

...in the funniest moments. My 4 year old brought me some books to read her at bed time. She can't read, so she has no idea what books she brought be. But, she saw a picture of a little child on the front and thought,..."hmm good book". So I looked and laughed because it is a book on childhood vaccines that I often recommend to patients if they want to know more about the topic. It is by a doctor (MD) Dr. Feder, who is really lovely and I really am on the same page of many of her general philosophies on this subject.

As the years pass in my own life, its been an evolution of dropping off the bad stuff and adding on the good stuff and trying to become healthier for both me and my family.
