Almond Bread

Someone asked me to post this recipe-I am not very exact with my cooking and baking but this is pretty darn close. This is a rich, moist, bread/non-sweet cake that is super yummy alone or with something else.

A fun snack that is nutritious and fun: Approximately

3 cups Almond Flour (or a flour of your choice --results will alter as you cange the flour though)

2 eggs

1/4 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda

a couple of swigs of vanilla extract

1 stick butter

a bit of himalayan salt  

milk ( i use raw organic)--enough to create some moisture enough to make it kneadable like bread dough

Bake in a greased pan (also with butter) at 350 for about 1/2 an hour

This is a nice snack that has a great balance of protein and carb for a snack and you could alternate flours to change the taste
