A patient of mine would like to share her story of the events that occured after botox injection. I often tell people to not get botox, but of course the lure of beauty is too tempting. I have studies in my computer filed away that I believe I have posted on this site a couple of years ago that include very very serious side effects of this injection as well.

My IC symptoms started after a bladder infection, but also 2 weeks after my second round of Botox injections!! I also met a women on an IC Facebook group that said her IC started right after botox injections (she also had other risk factors). You also said you had a patient relapse recently from trying Botox. Very scary. I wish I could go back and undo all of my decisions: Antibiotics for dental work, Retin A for anti-aging, bio-hormones, and Botox. My choices will be a million times more pro-health going forward, thanks to YOU!!
