If you all could submit restaurants that you have eaten easily at in your different areas of the world, I will categorize them by location so that others may have a a good source to use for reference in the future.

Just hit reply here and leave me the info so that I can categorize it for you. Same thing with the recipes below.

Great idea, always nice to know safe places to eat! Ruby Tuesday is always very helpful, not organic, or anything special. Great salad bar, and with any mention of food allergies, the manager is at your table to ensure the food will be prepared correctly. The only chain restaurant I am sure not to leave toppled over in pain!:) Two thumbs up! Also, if anybody is ever in Lincoln, NE, great local place called HF Crave they only serve all natural grass fed beef, raised on their farm (Hollenbeck Farms) approximately 30 minutes from the restaurant. They only use local produce and always accomodate to special orders! You can also buy the meat (beef, lamb, and pork) at the restaurant!:)

Jason's Deli (I know is on the east coast) is amazing. Their salad bar has SO much to choose from (spinach, lettuce, whole boiled eggs, cheese, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, bell peppers, almonds, apples, etc) and a lot of it is organic. I go there with friends a lot and absolutely no cheating! The best part is that my friends suggest it before I even do because it is that good. yay!

In NYC there is a macrobiotic place called Souen.  They have 2 locations, one on 13th St. between broadway and university and the other is on the corner of 6th avenue and Spring St. I think.  They have really good broiled fish, lots of greens, amazing rice, it's great. 
There is a place called Bliss in Williamsburg, Brooklyn that is also quite good.

On the Westside, I frequent The Galley a lot (you can get a great filet, steamed vegetables and baked potato), Enterprise Fish Co., Sauce (they have omelets all day :), In Mailbu, there is a great place called The Reel Inn, which will grill any kind of fish for you and has some safe sides-an awesome place to go to on a nice day- Its right on the PCH. Korea town has a really cool steakhouse called Taylor's, that's (fairly) reasonable in price and super cool- almost like an old speakeasy restaurant (a place you can imagine Frank Sinata and his gang would frequent or used to when they were around)- they have AWESOME lunch deals, The Counter is a chain hamburger place that modifies any burger (without the bun) with all kinds of good veggies and makes them into make-shift salads (you don't even need dressing, it takes really good). They have multiple locations around LA.

I live in PA, and Hoss's Steak and Seafood house is good about making any adjustments to the meal you order.  They also have a nice salad bar.  Red Robin will also cook the burgers or chicken to your specifications.  I would steer clear of Red Lobster unless you are getting just steamed crab legs.  Their foods come already prepared, mostly soaked in garlic and other things.  I looked at their list of ingredients in foods for people with allergies, and EVERYTHING, almost without exception had soy in it somewhere.  Even the baked potatoes were rubbed with soy on the outside.  As long as you don't eat the skins, you are okay with those.

Malibu seafood on pch uses canola oil for grilling. You can get a baked potatoe with it. Not much choice for veggies, but the fish is really fresh. http://www.malibuseafood.com/
Brent's Deli in Northridge and Westlake Village is a great deli, huge portions and delicious sandwiches. I get the Roumanian steak, which is like a flat iron steak, big enough for 2. You can ask for steamed broccoli, and side order of fries without seasoning.
Houston's Steakhouse, you can get a filet cooked in a separate pan to avoid seasoning from grill. You can get fries or baked potatoe with steamed vegetables. I had a few bad experiences there, so still need to be careful.
Ruth Chris, great steakhouse to treat yourself to something very special. They heat the plates and melt butter on your meat, which tastes yummie. I asked the manager if it's butter and not a soy mix margarine they use, and the manager assured me it's butter. Also, they recently switched from canola oil to soy based oil, so can't have those yummie fries anymore. They make a note in the computer when you say you have allergies, and anytime you reserve, the waiter knows you have allergy and asks about it. That really impressed me.

Maggiano's has gluten free pasta.  Yummy salads too with a piece of grilled salmon, as well as the sausage and peppers which I have had and they seemed fine for me. Plus lots of veggie side dishes.  Ruby Tuesday's is my favorite chain (if I must) and is great when traveing.  My other go-to place on the road is any Whole Foods I can find.

I think it would be really nice if the recipe section was separated by the diet list and if they also had pictures. I would be happy to submit some, and I think it would help everyone out a whole lot.
 
I am going to post a recipe that "aberger" shared with me. I love these so much, they are so easy to make. They are also so filling and delicious, perfect with breakfast or added to any meal.
 
Spelt Biscuits:
2 cups spelt flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
6 tbsp butter
2/3 cup milk (or If you can't have milk, substitute water or chicken stock, and increase the amount of butter by about two tbsp:)
 
 
preheat oven to 450  stir together flour, baking powder, salt.  Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.  Gradually stir in the milk until the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl.  Pat out on a floured surface to about 1 inch thick.  Cut the biscuits and place on a baking sheet.  Bake 12-15 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown.
