Soon my site will be updated with a consolidation of all these recipes, but for now continuing to blog

This dish is a dish my mother used to make me growing up-I just "ICAMA'd" it :)

Preheat oven to 350

Combine and mix well--
1/4 cooked brown rice
20 oz of prewashed and chopped spoinach
6 beaten eggs
3-5 cloves garlic-(skip if before list 3)
1 bunch parsley also chopped fine (after list 3)
2 packets of organic feta cheese (after lis 3) (if list 2 try with mozzarella)
2 chopped up onions
1 stick melted butter ( i use raw always) but list 1-3 should use organic regular
pink salt and pepper to taste (if these are ok for you) Also you can add garlic powder

In a separate bowl combine 1 cup while grain flour according to your list-so spelt, brown rice, etc... I use Pamela's
with 2 eggs and add in good water and mix until it reaches the consistency of pancake batter.

Grease your baking pan with the butter or oil according to your list level
pour half of the batter over the bottom of the pan. Then pour the spinach mixture over the layer of batter
then over that pour remaining batter (there wont be a lot) over the top of the spinach mixture.

Put pan in oven for about 45 minutes-remove when golden brown

Loos yummy, I can't wait to make it myself.

By the way, I read on a few of your posts that you love the pink himalayan salt. So I bought it and used it for the first time last night. First of all it looks so pretty in my salt shaker, and second it tastes very good!
