Breakfast Pudding

Wow, I made an amazing breakfast "pudding" this morning I thought I would share. I also have some other food ideas that I have made lately and will post them later. I dont cook with measurements, so sorry for the imprecision:

Blend raw cashews and yoghurt about 1 to 1 ratio well until completely smooth
then add in a touch of maple syrup and blend more until completely blended

You can put berries on top of this or have this alone-SO TASTEY!!!

I dont mean to torture anyone. These tastey things will come. This stuff is good enough to eat as a dessert. And it is just as good not sweetned. I also used this idea but without yoghurt for an icing on a cake last weekend and it was a hit as well!

Oh you don´t have to be sorry. It sounds great! I just love that you share things like that. Torture is all around me now, you know.:) It is just the way we look on it, though.

I used to crumble rice cakes over yogurt to eat as a snack. When i was finally ok to have berries on list 3, this got much prettier, especially if you have a glass desert bowl to layer and serve the ingredients. I roughly blend rasberries with yogurt until it changes a bit of color, layer your bowl, then crumble rice cake over it, then another layer of yogurt, and you can finish off with some nuts on top. I haven't tried nuts myself yet, but so simple and great to be able to eat something that looks like a real desert :)
