We don't go into the forum, but this am I could not help but notice the topic of late. Although I am not clicking in, I just need to say, NOOOOO, rice bran is NOT OK. Bran in general is NOT OK. It will cause huge amounts of pain because it agitates the intestines.

Much later in treament you could have some bran in a muffin etc...without feeling it's ill effects, but, while getting the inflammation down-not a good idea.

I assume this goes for rice bran oil too? I made the mistake quite a while ago when my mom bought cashews and I took a few and within minutes had a quite severe painful reaction, my insides were on fire, a much stronger reaction than I typically had to cashews in the past. I read the package and in the ingredients was rice bran oil. Rice and I don't play nicely anyway so just chalked it up to being a rice product, but this is very helpful to know this information about bran! Thank you!

the juice plus has many ingredients in it that we would otherwise not recommend but in concert in this product when used at the right time and in conjunction with the appropraite other supplements for that person, it is ok. I hope that makes sense.
