I Eat Healthy

This is the answer that most people give when you ask them about their diet. I realize open ended questions, especially when you first meet someone are often a bad idea. I asked a patient the other day about her diet and after she answered very healthily, I asked her to get more specific. One of the most well known fast food restaurants was on the top of her menu list multiple times per week. She though, well she eats chicken there-and chicken is healthy-think again! Read this great article on fast food: http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2010/11/08/do-you-hav...

I have not eaten fast food in over two decades. It is not that hard to avoid. It is so awful for your body. When you get into the habit of grocery shopping for whole foods and cooking whole meals itbecomes easier and easier. And, you feel better! You will. Once you change your habits, you will never go back to not taking care of your body again!

Matia, what about Chicken Nuggets from Applegate Farms? Whole Foods sells them, ingredients are all ok, but how often can one eat them and other frozen ORGANIC processed foods (wild fish sticks, organic frozen broccoli cakes, etc.), if the ingredients are all tolerated. I thought I saw some of these items on the menu that you recommended for kids. Are these considered "fast food"??
Thank you!

Is not considered fast food and as far as I know these are very healthy. I hope so, bc I feed them to my family! I love applegate farm's products.
