Invisible Toxins

We live in a world of chemical-many of them are healthy and many are not. The problem is we think that if we buy it at the store, especially the health food store, it is safe. True? Not true! Even the most natural of products may not be appropriate for people with chronic illness-especially IC. The reason for this is many natural products use things like soy, coconut, and vitamin e to name a few and the most obvious, and those often will cause a lot of pain, especially if they are disproportionate to the rest of the ingredients. This is why many years ago I developed my skincare line-out of desperation to find something for my patients to use. Often people will not realize how much their hair care and skin care products are negatively influencing their health and pain levels. Someone with IC must be VERY careful in their product use-this can make the difference between very low pain and very high pain-no kidding!

Healthy people and chronically ill people both won't realize the effect of all of the toxins they are putting in their body until they have cancer or some other horrible disease. It is important to learn how to read labels and be cautious in what you buy.

I love the BoMa Sense products!  My skin looks fantastic.  Have you considered deveolping a moisturizer with an SPF?  The BoMa sense sunblock works great   It is a little thick for every day use on the face.  Thanks fo the tips.
Do you suggest any sunblocks for the face for everyday use or a foundation with an SPF for list 1?

It is a bit heavy for the face-I need to add to the product line-that is one of my next things to focus on again, and I will do very soon. You could pick a make up that has SPF in it-that is probably the easiest thing to do that will go on smoothly and not look oily. I have not found any real problems, at least that I have noticed with foundation from grocery store brands to natural alternatives oddly.

Greta advise!  What do you recommend for the neck and chest area for daily sun protection?
