Probiotics/Anxiety
I just wanted to share that while depression has never been much of an issue for me, my anxiety has gotten SO much better. So, for those of you that are struggling - hang in there.
What I don't understand, and it may be too complicated to go into, if the pro-biotics do help this, why can the bifida make it so much worse for a period of time?
