The other day at the meeting I suggested journaling, and I also recommended charting, which, may help you and help me be more clear. I wanted to suggest the following chart type, bc one of my patients uses this and it has been super helpful for her and me to be more clear about what is happening and what changes need to take place.
This was actually contained in a chart with lines, but they became erased with the copy paste. It looks like a graph with writing within it.

I have a real hard time saying a rating number for things.

It isnt what it is to others, it is whatever it is to you. Then the changes bc relative. It is the relative changes that are important.
Good idea
I think that this is a good idea and maybe it could give us more time to ask questions on our appointments if this was done and emailed prior to the appointment. I know I always feel that the appointment goes by too fast. I guess that we could put in some of our other symptoms that we are dealing with such as for me my eyes.

Time does always go by too fast in all respects. But, if you or anyone want to dedicate more time to any particular subject, please let me know at the beginning of the appointment so that I allot that time for it. It is not a problem.
