Sharing is wonderful...unless it is hatred.
Love is all encompassing...unless it is only for those who think exactly like you.
Teaching is critical.....unless it is prejudice.
Knowledge is expanding...unless you think you know everything.
Parenting is miraculous.....unless you teach your children intolerance.

We need more acceptance, love, empathy, and honor for the many colors and cultures in our world.
We need to realize that we are all basically the same despite our different beliefs and backgrounds.
Different things bring people together, but, many things separate us. It is very sad that every heart is not filled with empathy for other people. Reality is created in our minds. Each of us is repsonsible for creating our part of reality.

I had to share this this morning even though it isnt directly related to IC. But...what is in one's mind and heart...sparks everything. A healthy mind and heart helps the body be healthy, it helps the world be healthy and increases our awareness of others. In a world like that, people would come together more and solve problems instead of creating them. In a world like that, people would not feel alone and judged. There is too much judgment.
