Wow! I am one of those people who have always avoided artificial sweetners like the plague. I always reacted badly to them if I had an accidental ingestion. This is a really important piece of information to know. There is so much to learn in this process. Thanks for posting it!
On a side note- I am trying to find a spring water service that delivers to my house in Ohio...would love one that uses glass bottles. I worry about the plastic contaminating the water. Mountain Springs doesnt deliver here. Any suggestions?

I to know that spring water makes a difference in how i feel. but i am worried about the plastic contaminationg the water. But have no idea what to do about it!!!
i read that some of you use distilled water for cooking. Why is that?  i know that we are not supposed to use it for drinking water.

I read that article this morning. It really makes me mad that our government allows this to happen yet they want to regulate supplements! It's frightening how they do not care about our health at all and money is the only thing that matters.
