
I have said repeatedly that in many years, we will be looking at a very different medical approach to illness, and this article is one of many that substantiates that coming change. Researchers are becoming more and more atuned to the fact that it is the eco system that matters and not the one bacteria that needs to be fought off and killed. There are, of course instances where I still think antibiotics are invaluable, but, if they cease being the answer to every little thing, chronic illness will start to decline instead of continue to rise. I do think their overuse is at the route of much of our chronic illness, along with some other overly prescibed medications.
