Every time we change our clocks-we have a two weeks lapse in appointment times where everyone gest confused. This starts with me. I was late to an appointment of my own on Sunday due to this Spring surprise, which, always cathches me no matter how hard I try to stay attuned. 

I was late to my own wedding for this reason:) No joke.

Anyway. We sprung ahead. So please be aware if you are in UK-our clocks have moved an hour forward.
