Vaccines and...

As various medications are so correlated with contributing to IC, vaccines certainly could be among them. While I have not had cases where I think vaccines were the sole culprit, we have found vaccines to exacerbate symptoms tremendously.

We also have my own strong opinions on vaccines in general. However, we won't go into that here. What we do want to share is this increadible article on the subject of not be told about certain correlations between them and disease. Here is a frightening article, but, I felt it was very important to post here, as many of you are having babies and how to take care of them depends largely on what you know or...think you know: http://www.naturalnews.com/046566_autism_MMR_vaccine_CDC_whistleblower.html

I couldn't get the above link to work. I believe this is the same article? http://www.naturalnews.com/046566_autism_MMR_vaccine_CDC_whistleblower.html
Scary to think about what could happen and many are now speaking up about the known toxins in vaccines! Just like the flu shot being associated with Guillain Barre Syndrome, guardasil and premature ovarian failure, and many other awful side effects from these vaccines. Yet, they force it on us with the scare tactics just so the CDC can make huge profits each year! It is so sad! Thanks for sharing, so important to allow everyone to make informed decisions when it comes to possible life altering diseases!

If anyone has any really reliable information on the dangers of guardasil I would like to see it. I need to build a file to show my husband when the time comes since I have two girls.Thank you.

If we don't excel at health, the only other option is disease.

it is not a mandated vaccine...at least in NYS at this point. My pediatrician doesn't even bring it up.  They recommend it for boys too. For vaccines that are not required for school it is best just to decline if asked.

Mimi, I'm working on an ebsco host search to see if I can find good research articles on gardasil for you. My computer is acting up so will get back to you, but agree with Amy, if not mandated I wouldn't get the vaccine for your children. Having infertility issues myself, like others here, taking a healthy child and getting a vaccine that could lead to infertility would be devastating and it is also linked to Gillian barre syndrome as well! The side effects sound way too risky!
Ok, totally random question, but Dr. M what do you do as far as vaccines for your four legged family? I always mean to ask and forget or run out of time. I only get the mandatory vaccines for my dogs and my vet is usually ok with it, but will always bring up at each appointment that should really do all the vaccinations. I politely say no thank you, or not right now. How about heartgard and frontline? Something they also always push, but always say no to frontline, but always wondered about the benefits vs. risks of heartgard? Is it just another big pharma push, or worth the lifelong use of a med for preventing parasites and worms? Thanks!

One of my angel kitties died of cancer because of a known side effect from a vaccine that she was given before I knew better. I was devastated-she was my favorite animal. Since, I have not vaccinated any of my animals, but, they all stay home so I cant see a very high risk. So far so good.
I think with any vaccines with humans or animals, the risks and the benefits need to be weighed and the decision needs to be decided on that.

That is so sad! I would be devastated too if something were to happen because of something I decided to give them. I had stopped giving them heartgard because I was worried of the effects of giving them meds every month their entire life, but didn't know if I was putting them too much at risk. I sometimes take them to the dog park so they can run through open fields, even though I currently have a large back yard, but feel bad that I can't take them for a long walk or run. I currently only get their rabie shots so I can keep them. That was helpful, thank you!
