This website is such a source of information, hope, and education--I hope. I am very very happy that I had the opportinuty to create it years ago and that it has grown as a source for everyone. I hope that it will be even moreso with my newest upgrades to come which should be very exciting.

But with exposure and information sometimes can come confusion.

So, I want to just ask--please please--in trying to help out a fellow friend, do not tell them what they should be doing. Because often times, what you are telling someone else will actually do them a disservice and cause them more pain or suffering. And, if you share your experience-that is fine, of course, but don't impart that experience as something the other person should be doing. Guilt or upset is an easy thing to acquire when you are ill. And, one may be easily inclinced to think they are messing up and do things differently, when in fact, they were doing them the way they were supposed to.

What may be appropriate for you at a given time may not be for someone else.

One example is doing no grains. This is not good for everyone one. It just isn't. A person requires energy to fight the flight and to keep the blood sugar levels and insuline levels stable between carbs and proteins. Doing that within this diet is not so easy. If one isn't able to maintain these levels, energy goes dow-sometimes in a frightening way, palpitations may occur, cheating is very likely due to incredible feelings of unwellness, and treatment may be undermined. There are exceptions to this rule, but, as a whole, I do not recommend this approach.

Please check with me as to what you should be doing. And take someone else's experience as someone else's. So, it becomes a point of interest and learning, but, make sure it does or does not relate to you.

Excellent info. I love when you explain the "why" behind these things so it's easier to understand. More please!
