A patient asked me to post this website bc she liked the recipes on it bc she likes the gluten free recipes. So, I am posting the link. I want to say however, I do not advocate the use of coconut products for IC even post treatment. So, you could use almond milk or raw milk as a substitute in those recipes where it is indicated.

Also, I have not read through this site, so I am ot standing behind any of its information.

I hope you all enjoy the recipes!!

I can understand that it's a high anti fungal fruit but what is wrong with it after treatment? And if we are to consume it in things what amount or how often is this ok. I used to cook with it making curry. I love my indian and thai food.

is incredibly high in potassium and potassium and is a strong antifungal can start to dehydrate tissue and bring back IC. If you are very symptomatic, it will increase your pain incredibly. IT is something that needs to be avoided. After treatment, one may be able to handle it in small to moderate amounts, but, definitely not to the degree that it becomes an every day thing. The whole idea is to keep your body in balance and understanding how to do that is a part of all of this. There are not that many substances that create those kinds of imbalances, but this one does.
