Hi All,

Can we eat shell fish?  Lobster in particular?  I live in Maine and the guy who lives across the street sells $5 lobsters every day after he gets home from fishing.  I want to have one but wasn't sure where that falls in the do's and don'ts.

Thanks!

Claire

Aren't you on list 4? I am thinking ricotta (as long as it is not raw) is on list 4?? Not sure tho. I would like to know about shellfish too. I think it is ok?? I have had shrimp a few times and it was fine and seen shimp on the ICAMA website recipes. So I would imagine crab is ok but sorry I don't know.

i am pretty sure we can eat any protein (as long as it's not raw or pumped full of antibiotics) on list one. i've been eating shellfish through treament and love it. carefull of the shells though, i.e. don't make stock from them.
ricotta is list 3, i am pretty sure.

hey Claire!  I've been eating shellfish since list 1.  It's listed in the List 1 proteins.
