ll I just got put on list 2 after being on list 3 for 2.5 months with symtoms worsening since 4/22. Lessons learned, I wasn't really doing List 3 in a strict way. I was eating all nuts and cheeses and that was not what the protocol says that you are supposed to do; Also, that as much as I hate retiring my fruit, nuts and cheese for the moment, I can handle this now better than I would have at the beginning which might have meant that I never would have done the diet at all.; Also, that I am impatient and I want my bladder symptoms to die down instantly but that probably isn't realistic.
So, I've noticed that I have these new what I call ghosts in my pee lately. Maybe it's yeast or something? They are these sort of ethereal floaty clear or white things. It's not all the time, but I spot them regularly. Matia always asks the "is your urine clear or cloudy?" question, and while I would still say clear, I'd say there is a mix of sun and clouds. Anybody have these floaty ghosts? What are they?
It is just a really cool, in my taste all american type of place. They had live music, and it was no problem at all with the food. Just order a non seasoned meat with baked potato and the veggies that they came with was.... Well....funny enough broccoli, culiflower and zuccini. I ordered an extra green salad on the side.
Quick question, what does everyone use for their hand soap? I have the bomasense face and body wash but obviously don't want to use that, too expensive. I just read on a blog post to avoid anti-bacterial and anti-microbial (I think?). So when I'm handling things like raw chicken what the heck do I clean my hands with?!
I saw her today. Travelling all the way from Sweden. It was a great meeting, although I wish it was longer. I felt that I had so much to tell her and times went by so fast.
Matia is really sweet and understanding. Finally met with someone that looked at me as if I had one head, instead of six. As all other doctors seems to think I have six heads as soon as I start talking about my symptoms.
So, I took my first shot of herbs today. Huuuu, that did not taste good....haha!
Hey! So as I was sifting through Dr Bs old blog posts I noticed that she used to hold support group meetings. Does anyone know why that has stopped? It would be so nice to have!
