HI! I took gluten out of my diet 7 weeks ago just to see if it helped. I am feeling much better but i also did a lot of other things at he same time so it is hard to tell. I know Matia has yeast free bread on the list 1. As of now, I am only eating rice bread to avoid gluten. I know I can ask her when I see her on May 25 but I was wondering what you guys think about me adding in a yeast free spelt bread?
Why does Matia advise this and not take them in their capsules? Sorry if this has brought up before, was searching on the site and couldnt find a post relating to my question.
Just found out that if you order a case of pacific bakery breads from wholefoods, you get 10% off. A case is 6 loafs, which you can double bag and freeze until you use them.
Under the gentle products guide Matia lists Covergirl and Mabelline under make-up. Does she mean all make-up by them is ok? I was kinda suprized by this. She olso listed Origins which I knew was more organic. I would like to use these products since it would be cheaper then buying organic stuff on-line.
I am so excited and i know I am on the right path but I also insanely anxious. I have to leave my kids (including my nursing baby) The whole trip planning part has me so stressed. What do I eat? Where do I pump (breasts)? I am definitely a mild case compared to most of what I have read and yet these past 3 months + have been the worst most emotionally taxing time pf my life.
Hey I just wanted to get back with those that were intersted in required immunizations in the medical field. If you don't remember I was got a job in utah the U of U hospital as a nurse. They were requiring me to get a flu shot but I ended up being able to decline it as long as i was willing to wear a mask during flu season. Also as far as the TB test goes they can do a chest x-ray instead so that is good to know. It is hard working in the hospital, but you can do it.
Hey for all the patients out there that took bifado and had discomfort but eventually got better.....how long did it take to get better. I feel like the bloating does not really get any better. Does it take weeks for the body to get used to it or months? Any diea. :)
