Does anyone have kidney ache as part of their picture. This comes and goes with me and coincides with a symptom flare. It's worse after a period, and I wondered if it could be related to anaemia, which I have. Anyone got any ideas?
Well it's official - I've gained 25 lbs in 4 months!!! I am sick over it and scared! At 5' 2" it's really noticeable and uncomfortable. Of course the majority of it is in my boobs, butt and thighs - I literally look like a cartoon character as I have a really small waist to begin with.
So I have an ear thing. I've searched here on the forum and apparently it's a "thing" so I wanted to ask you guys about this and flying. The ear thing is like trapped fluid and ear pain. It feels like there is a fish bowl in my ears, and it's accompanied by ear pain. Sometimes pressure, sometimes sharp stabbing pain. I also have some issues with trapped fluid in sinuses right now. I'm working to try to remedy these things and seem to be having small progress, but nothing to write home about yet. Here's my question.
Just posting to say that even though I am nearly 1.5 years into treatment and bladder is generally better, I still suffer from bloating and we are trying to figure out what else my body needs. I have somehow become even more deficient in zinc than I already was, just one more layer of my imbalance revealed. Low zinc = white spots on nails, decrease or loss of taste, adult acne, and god knows what else. We need zinc for tissue repair. This is why RED MEAT is so important in treatment. Must have the zinc and other things in red meat.
Anyone get bad lower back/pelvic pain. My bladder is good but this is very uncomfortable - I can't stand up for too long as it hurts, and then I feel a bit nauseous. Weird and horrible.
I had a breast biopsy today and the radiologist all but said that I should prepare myself for the worst. They also aspirated a lymph node that was a little enlarged. I AM FREAKING out! Freaked that I'm really sick and freaked about how this is going to affect my ic recovery. I started with Boaz at the end of August and I've been doing great! Has anybody been diagnosed with breast cancer during treatment? What did you do? I can't believe this is happening to me. I know it's arrogant but I never thought this would be me. I really could use some encouragement.
Most of us are familiar with the TCM Organ Clock but can anyone explain it further?
Example - every night from 1 - 3 am my bladder flares. This is the liver "time." And every morning from 5 am - 7 am my feet burn and ache on the colon reflexology point - which on the clock is the large intestine "time." So that all makes sense.
But what is it that my liver and large intestine are actually doing to cause the physical reactions? Are they cleansing, are they blocked? Does anyone know?
I've just been catching up on forum and see some who share the heartache of rectal and/or uterine prolapse. Combined with the challenges of IC healing, this is almost unbearable at times! I am holding off a trip to the doctor as I fear surgery may be recommended and have enough going on as is...I am considering a pessary which I hear works for some and not others. I do know that the swelling during die-off increases the problem, but not being able to walk is becoming major! Please if you have the problem or want to share thoughts and experience on this...all input so welcome...
I had this on and off before - where my urethra actually blows bubbles as well as has the sensation of something stuck in it. It's super annoying! My question is do you think it's part of die-off or inflammation?? Dr. Matia increased my protocol on Thursday and this started last night. Thoughts?
