first I want to say that I have been feeling great for 3 weeks and I plan to do a post on ththis am on vacation and I asked my husband to triple check the kind of oil they were using on the fries. He came back claiming they used sunflowers oil is I ate a handful of them. Then he sai "go easy on those. I can't be sure the kitchen knows what they r talking about."
I just found out that here in Germany as well as in England endives are called chicory or chicorée. And then I discovered that the roots of chicory can be used as a coffee substitute. Have you ever heard about it? And is it okay for us to drink it? It´s supposed to be more healthy than real coffee. Here´s what amazon says: Chicory root has a more "roasty" flavor than coffee. It can be brewed on it's own or blended with ground coffee for a pleasant, lower caffeine beverage.
I thought I would let you all know how I am progressing because I have been in a really good place for several weeks! I still have a long way to go, but I'm celebrating how far I've come. :)
As you may know i live in Costa Rica, in a month i will go to Las Vegas to be there with a good friend that will have her baby. I need to know if there is another place there where i can buy organic vegetables besides wholefoods which i find very expensive for me to afford while not working :-(
I'm just curious as IC came a knocking after I was on BC for 4 years. What took it past the point of no return was that I took cipro to get rid of presumably a UTI (this made it 100 times worse!), I know everyone is different but I'm wondering if alot of her patients develop IC due to long term use of IC?
so my period keeps moving up in start date. Had my call with Dr B a few days ago and she mentioned it could be the emotional stress I've had. But today, day 2 of period, I'm bleeding clots so heavily, back to where my problems originated. Could this be due to the emotional stress? I didnt ask her since it had been SO long and I thought those days were long gone. Anybody else have super heavy periods with passing heavy blood clots consistently? I hope this passes soon. Wondering why my body is passing heavy clots.
last week i went to LA to see Dr. Boaz abt my IC ,it was great, lots of hope,after a long talk and getting my health history he gave me the herbal protocol..... now even i believe its my gut giving me all the problems since my childhood....
so now i m on his medicine too but in 10 to 12 days i want to quit taking elmiron...... i m wondering and getting scared that what will happen .... because i get into anxiety very soon if i will not be able to tolerate the pain .....
