I have a terrible lower back ache today, I got my period today too.  does anyone know if there is a correlation between backaches and IC?  I have never had backaches in my life, so this is a new one for me.

Matia started me on 1/2 cap of step 2 natren along with the rest of my regimen last week.  yesterday all day I was in a flare and real tired.  My husband and I were intimate and used protection.  Things got worse after that.  Then, I had 2 BM's in 3 hours.  Very abnormal for me, usaually I am constipated.  I have gas as well.  I was excited because I thought step 2 was working. Then, after the BMs all hell broke loose.  burning bladder, peeing every 10 min, no relief after I pee, up all night peeing, strong smelling pee, chills, and sweats, and my kindeys hurt.

Does anyone know the time for the phone group tomorrow? (Matia mentioned in her blog it would be earlier?)

i have a reagin yeast infection...the pain level is pretty high...i am peein every 15 mintues...i have never been this bad...my ques is when u get a yeast infection does ur IC flare like crazee??...i kno its part of die off and i should b happy i am having die off but i am very uncomfortable to put it midly...  :-(
i am douchin w/ golden seal...and she changed my dose a bit...

I think there are many reasons for getting IC, one of which is I think as Americans we have become very accustomed to what is convenient, which does not equal healthy all the time.  In examining what I miss most about my old diet, it isn't the food and how it tastes per se, but it is the convience factor of throwing a sandwich together in a baggie rather than taking a whole meal in a container I have to wash... Argh... But obviously I have changed my ways...

So I was thinking how it might be good to collect some topics of discussion for our next conference call.
