Is there any one who has a very weak flow aswell? I was always with ups and downs, but last two weeks it's really weak and a very thin flow, i'm really scared to have an operation again to strech my urethra again, i had it before. I think i maybe can't go to the toilet if it gets worse, and need an catheter or surgery.

I can not find a dairy free cap of Digesta-Lac anywhere in my town. I've looked online and the only place I see it is on the Natren site. It's expensive! All I'm finding is dairy / powder locally. It amazed me how sick my body I am and that it is only called a bladder disease by most doctors. I am going to make an appoitment for my general doc just for a physical, but I am worried I something more. I know that with IC though, there are so many weird symtpoms..it is just so confusing. I feel like I am falling apart and I am only 29! My straight hair needs help. I used to curl my hair and put a ton of products in it. Now I am trying to wear my hair straight. For those of you with straight hair, what do you put in it? Matia reccomended Jason's Curl defining creme and BoMa sense lotion. Have any of you tried these? If so, when do you put them on wet hair and then style it? Also, what straightening iron do you recommend?
Last year I had 7 cavities at one visit. That shows the breakdown of my body because I have never had one before last year. I had no problem with the numbing shots last time. Well, I have 4 more cavities and I just went to have one filled and I had a terrible reaction to the shot they give you to numb you. My heart started racing, my pulse was really high and I felt high. The workers were all worried, but told me it would go away. Within 20 minutes I was ok, but it was super scary. I can't beleive how sensitive my body is now! Any little thing I react to.
I herb has a lot of the probiotics and Matia's hers but doesn't carry her digesta lac I put in a request hopefully we can order from them in the future. I love there shipping costs so inexpensive. I did order my digesta lac from lucky vitamin i have never done in the past i will let you all know how it goes.
