...is real. Just like in Chinese medicine we speak of Yin and Yang. Positives and negatives exist everywhere in life, and it starts with each of us. The power of what we put forth in this world impacts not only everyone else, but ourselves.

The impact of how our thoughts and our expression reverberate out into the world effects the energy of those around us and oursleves, and I do believe may also have a massive impact, as we see in this article on our physiology. That  reaction inside of us of course in turn then may impact our state of wellness or unwellness.

After his Boaz's visit to UK, our UK group requested a forum that was dedicated only for them and the issues that they feel are unique to their UKness:) Well, it is here, up, and running.

We hope this gives you the space you need to be...you.

Every night before I go to sleep, I say my "prayers" (not imposing any belief system on others). But those words that I express are not requests, they are thanks for everything I have in my life. And, that list always includes how grateful I am for each day that my family and I are still here on this planet, safe and sound, it includes how grateful I am that there are so many people in the world trying hard to make it a better place in terms of peace and world conciousness, that there were no disasters that particular day that brought harm to others.

Boaz was away in UK as all of you know and I needed him to help me try and navigate this new website. He is back and I am back. We were told that the email notification was fixed and as everyone requested, you should only get notified if someone responded to your post or added a comment to a thread you are a part of. We would love to know if you all are managing to use this new website in the way you were before, and if not what problems you are having currently.

Site will be going off line some time tonight and re-opening with it's new appearance and function tomorrow.

I am sure there will be glitches that will need to be worked out, so please bear with us as we get this off the ground and let us know what if anything is not working the way it is supposed to.

Hope it will suit the needs that were expressed and discussed a couple of months ago. Boaz has worked incredibly hard, to get this done along side a professional company and together executed the very tedious and difficult technical work.

Hope everyone likes it.

One day you wake up and suddenly everything is changed. you feel your bladder whereas, prior to that day, you hadn't. Or maybe, you were one of those people who slowly over the years was waking up more and more in the middle of the night or going to the restroom more than your friends. And then suddenly it was just-worse by alot.

It is perplexing to me that in a day and age where we have had to worry about the carcinogenic effects of things like Fukushima, arsenic and other toxins that have leached into our food supply from conventional farming, chlorine and flouride in our water supply, and a sadly unlimited number of other things in our moder world, that we need to focus on genetically modifying out a single ingredient in potatoes because the current thought is THAT is the major contributing factor to higher rates of cancer? Really?

So upsettting, but a very big problem. I comfort myself by thinking we just dont eat rice, but when I really focus on it, I too allow products containing rice in our family. Being reminded of this problem is a good thing, because I placn on limiting it further.

This is interesting, upsetting, and informative. But, if you know about it, then at least there's something you can do about it:
