"Sugar Free"

.....is a trap that people fall into easily and often. "Sugar Free" is code for either toxic chemicals to sweeten, like splenda, or other poor quality "natural" sweeteners like malitol or xylitol-plant based sugar alcohol that is not

It can cause you intestinal pain, bloating, and gas and hence bladder symptoms and allergic/immune responses such as classical allergies (food and airborne) or asthma.

If you want to enjoy sweets naturally, get sweets sweetened with ingredients such as fruit, fruit juice, agave, maple syrup-these are among the best.

can you go in to why you aren't a fan of stevia I have always wondered this? It is essentially an herb so I am guessing it has to do something with it's properties. being damp or sticky?

Yes, it is damp acting in the body and for that reason it is not my preference. That comes from an observationpoint of view. So, it has never been my top choice. However, if your body is well balanced perhaps it is OK. But based on my previous experience, and actually present experience-had more recently-it creates more problems than other alternatives like agave or maple syrup or fruit juice sweeteners.
