I hope you’re really well. As we discussed, please find an overview of my past/current

symptoms below:

Symptoms before starting treatment with Bomamed:

1. Constant bladder discomfort and/or pain

2. Frequency between 10 and 25 times per day, including between 4 and 15 times during

the night.

3. No unbroken nights sleep for two years

4. Severe emotional distress, fear and inability to concentrate due to constant discomfort

and failure of subsequent medication.

5. Severe constipation and need to take large amounts of laxatives.

6. Need for daily asthma medication (corticosteroids), almost  weekly asthma attacks,

constant inability to breath comfortably.

7. Inability to carry out academic work due to side effects of antihistamine medications

such as hydroxyzine.

8. Inability to exercise.

9. Inability to have intercourse due to pain.

I realized I was getting better shortly after the initial consultation at your practice in
November 2006, the acupuncture sessions with you and after starting the diet and
supplement regime you recommended. I have very much better for some time now.
Current status is:

1. Not aware of bladder/do not think about it most of the time unless over 300-400 ml
full.

2. Frequency between 4 ad 7 times per day (I do drink over 3 litres water  p/d tho)

3. I cannot remember the last time I have not slept through the ENTIRE night – but its

easily been a year.

4. The trauma of IC remains, and especially the lack of any real treatement and support
I suffered at the hands of the UK’s National Health Service, but looking back I am just

very glad I was one of those lucky few who trusted the feedback of others who have recieved help from you!

5. No constipation (stopped in 2007 I think, magnesium was very helpful)

6. I stopped all my asthma medication about 5 months ago – normally winter was my

worst asthma time and I would not have been able to get through it without the meds.

7. I am very much back to work and productive.

8. Exercise daily. Back in London my main means of transportation is my bicyle and I
cycle on average 25 km per day.

9. Pleased to report the sex life is back to normal.

I still follow the diet and while the bladder problems are resolved I have found that
sticking to your recommendations helps me remain in good health, loose the remaining
weight and feel well over-all. Thanks again for all your help. I very much hope you
continue to help others from the nightmare of IC.

Warmest wishes,
