I have to say when I took out my alarm clock from my room I began to sleep better. I used to star at that glow and look at the time. It would make me stressed and or angry when i would see the time going by and I was still awake. Now I haven't had a clock in my room for yrs and I sleep much better with out it. When I need to get up I use my cell phone and I cover it up with a towel. I would like to get one of those zen clocks I saw one the other day that starts increasing light and then starts the chime bells as the hr increases so its a slow wake up with light and then when it's time it starts to chime. IT also starts releasing your choice of essential oil and you can set it just to do that to drift off to sleep as well. I thought it was neat. I am going to get one for the spas too because you can set them as timers.i haven't had a tv or anything in my room in about a yr either so my bedroom is set up just as a peaceful get away. Colors are a big deal I choose calming dark colors for the bedroom.Make it your oasis.
