I always have to restate my position that I TRULY believe that IC is caused by very real physical reactions to many various things we do in our lives. So, I dont want people to think that when I post an article like this one that I am suggesting there is something wrong with you psycholgocially. However, I do also subscribe to the philosophy that our minds and bodies have two way streets. So physical effects the mental and mental effects the physical. The wonderful thing about this article is that it is one of many that points to the issue that we are not stuck with our genes.

I thought was very interesting regarding the dye used in CT scans. There is little scientific data to my knowledge on this and the contrast dye used in MRIs. So, I thought this one would be good to post.

I want to say that today I was deeply touched and wanted to share why.

So often we all find ourselves, I am sure, being hurt by the dissapointment caused by unmet expectations. I know I myself have endured an incredible amount of disbelief and dissapointment in many situations and people I believed in over the past few years. But, as much as that is true, there are these moments of light that come from the most unexpected places and people that make up for all of those darker experiences.

I have promised for a few years now since I took my shampoo and conditioner off the shelf to try and put one back on. I just could not get a gentle one that I liked for a broad range of hair types. I have finally been able to focus on this effort and get this job done.

In the next couple of weeks Bomasense will have a new line of shampoo and conditioner: unscented (for list 1-3), mango (for end of list 3 on) , and lavender (for end of list 3 on).

I hope this helps add some nice choices for haircare.

Such a great article that illustrates the connection between our gut and other systems in our body.

I don't read the posts that many of you share, but, recently, it has come to my attention that many of you are going by Weston Price or GAPS type sugestions.

For every imbalance there is a different way in which to approach it. It isn't one for all, as nothing in life is one for all or one size fits all.

On the website will be coming with all of your help:

If you all could submit restaurants that you have eaten easily at in your different areas of the world, I will categorize them by location so that others may have a a good source to use for reference in the future.

Just hit reply here and leave me the info so that I can categorize it for you. Same thing with the recipes below.

Although I don't read the forum, I can see the topics of conversation. I have been planning on updating my recipe page on this site by scooping up many recipes I posted on my blog instead of the recipe page and also asking that people submit any recipes that are not already there. This way everyone can have access to them.

Thank you helping in this!

Understandably, I receive many questions from people concerned that their symptoms are out of the ordinary and a sign of something completely different than their IC.

While there are many times that certainly something else could be going on, it is important to know that there are many symptoms that occur as offshoots of the main problem causing the IC in the first place.
