For those who have started to follow us on Youtube, we were very excited to post the new video today. However, this is a huge learning curve for us having no experience with media in this way. Thank you for everyone who came to listen on our new Youtube channel! It has been great fun getting this started. We are so excited to talk about so many things! Today, I wanted to speak about Probiotics.
For years people have been asking us to spread our work, do have seminars or retreats or workshops. We finally came to the conclusion that creating more information in the most expeditious way possible to educate people about what we have learned all of these years was to make videos. It is informal, intentionally.

We have been flagging concerns all week on the issue of Spirulina and BMAA. We went to the source which we have trusted for some time now. We have used spirulina for many years off and on now. Spirulina offers many tremendous health benefits in terms of being anti-carcinogenic, a great natural source of B12 and numerous other important vitamins and minerals. We thought it might be an interesting idea to ask people to share their story about how their IC started-as in, when was the very beggining of the onset of symptoms. Of course, we have heard so many stories over the years. But, if you would like to share what happened to you. Post a story to the response here and it might make for interesting conversation.
