Pelvic discomfort is my primary concern. Due to inflammation, bloating etc I am not able to sit long or on hard surfaces. How much the sitting can be improved so that one can sit on hard surfaces. It is not possible at all times to carry the cushion. Actually since cushion raises the sitting surface, in my case it further stretched the pelvic area, causing more weak bladder and pelvic muscles symptoms.
Has anyone been able to rehabilitate upto a level of sitting on any surfaces like normal people do ?. How much time it took for you to see initial sitting improvement
OK all, what do you think? I just got back from a 30 hour trip to Northern Ca. Parts of the trip were good but this was my first time travelling andit is hard to see how many limits my current condition imposes. Eating out is so tricky. It seems as if there is the inevitable screw up no matter how carefully one orders. (Plain chicken turns out marinated; everything has pepper in it etc. etc.)
Dr. B says I may be close to ready to try some List 3 veggies. I was on List 3 to start but I overdid it and got put back on List 2. I never did List 3 right in the first place. I just ate everything on it and a few other goodies as well. How did people approach List 3? Not to complain but none of the veggies look that compelling except tomato and onion. Also, what brands of black tea are working for people?
I've been trying to make another appt with Matia but no one is answering the phones at Bomamed. Did something change and I'm not aware of it? I haven't been to the website in a while. Thanks!
Was wondering of anyone got worse when they started on list one? I haven't seen Matia yet but have started lust one, sticking to it like glue and I seem to have days where I feel like I'm flaring. It's a bit discouraging as I have read on the forums and success stories people who started the diet without herbs and felt heaps better straight away. Any experiences with this?
