In an effort to try and make this next meeting more audible for everyone so that we can really connect better, I need to get some feedback from all of you who participated in last month's meeting. Can you each post a comment telling me if you dialed in by phone or by computer. If by computer, did you use headsets. This will help my technical person fix the gliches from last month. Thanks everyone:)

I have noted over the years that tilapia sometimes can cause symptoms with IC. This article may explain why: http://www.naturalnews.com/025054.html

I typically will say that this therapy should be avoided unless there is a super good reason for it and, in those cases, very limited amounts of hormones should be used, typically, vaginal only. This is why: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/28222004/from/ET/

Through my life I have always been the kind of person to take the higher road-the path of the least resistance. I have adhered to that ethic especially over the years when so many peolple have tried to destroy my practice or stain my reputation. I have ignored the countless awful and untrue things that people who don't even know me have said about me. However, the other night I had an old time patient call me and tell me that her old doctor referred a patient to me because of the work that she knew she had dont with me. She asked our mutual patient to call this other woman in need of help.

I had a request to post the folowing two links on my blog regarding sustainable agriculture. I have not read either and Iw ill be too busy today to do so. But, I trust the person who asked me to do this, so I am certain both are filled with a lot of fantastic informtation. Bottom line is that we all agree on clean, organic, non-genetically altered food that brings us nutrition--the whole point in eating:) Here are the links:

Women who are chronically ill may feel that they are not "worthy". So, they stay in realtionships that are not healthy for them feeling like it is better to be with someone who does not treat them well than to be alone. I have to say that I dont agree with this thinking. It is better to be alone and surround yourself with friends that honor you then to be with one person who treats you poorly. As we have discussed and discussed, issues with lack of nurturing mothers are often relavent in the histories of women (or men) having IC.

So much controversy regarding flouride. There are ongoing lawsuits between citizens and government for government forcing flouride into the water supply. This is a very disturbing article about flouride:http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2008/12/04/fluoride-e...
